Orders can be placed by telephone, post, fax or email - if the product is to be personalised we require your logo as a jpeg or eps, your house colour (sample or Pantone reference) and your copy with a layout. Please call for advice.

£10.00+VAT (£11.50) within Mainland UK
£17.00+VAT (£19.55) off shore UK, Northern Ireland, Channel island, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, islands of Scotland. Collection of goods can be made from our office by prior arrangement.

How To Pay

We accept major Credit Cards and Direct debit cards, you will be charged and invoiced on the day of despatch of the goods. For cheque payments we require the cheque to be cleared prior to despatch of goods.

For registered charities we extend a 14 day credit period but will insist on these terms being adhered to.

VAT

All prices are exclusive of VAT but we interpret the VAT rules and regard Collecting boxes, Collecting Buckets, Donation Envelopes, Thank You Labels, Leaflets subject to certain criteria to be zero rated for charities.

Collecting Trays

Made from single wall cardboard, supplied flat with white cord to attach around neck. As an option we are able to screen print direct onto the trays. Please supply copy, layout, colours and any logos required. Overall made up size is 38 x 26 x 7cm with the back having a depth of 15cm. All prices are exclusive of VAT.

Money Box Insert for Trays

A handy addition to the collecting tray that removes the necessity for a separate collecting box. Made from the same cardboard as the tray, it is secured by the tray neck cord threading through the moneybox

Your collectors are required to carry identity cards to comply with House to House collection regulations 1947, you will need to confirm your exact requirements with your local authorities.
